How do I know if my contact lenses are overdue?

There are no visible signs of a lenses expiration – they may feel, look and smell just fine. It is important therefore to remember when to replace a particular pair of contacts with new ones – if you find it problematic, write it down or keep the labels. Using an expired pair of contact lenses may cause immunological reaction which in turn can lead to severe eye irritation, infection and injury. If in doubt, err on the side of caution and use a new fresh pair and discard the old ones. Remember to use a new contact lens case every time you start a new cleaning solution or sooner if advised to do so by your eye care practitioner.

You can request a reminder e-mail from us around the time when you'd be running out of your supply of lenses. Simply go to "My Account" > "My Details" and set a date under "On what date would you like to be reminded to place another order?"
