No Problem Returns PolicyAt Optyk Rozmus we follow 'keep it simple' practices to make life a little easier for you and all the busy people out there.

So our returns policy is simple too. Firstly we don't care how long ago you ordered. So long as the product you wish to send back is NOT expired and NOT opened, you can return it for a full refund at any time*.

  • To get the process started, simply contact us for a returns number.
  • Then send back your unopened and unexpired items and we will refund you for them in full.
  • Refunds are processed within 2 working days from recipient in our warehouse.

Very Important: Please ensure that you have a valid returns number from us before sending anything back to us. Without this your refund could be delayed.
